Oh my, where to even begin with these too! My husband and I love just Matt and Paige so much! Paige is my best friend and I am soooooo excited and slightly freaking out that she is engaged and not only that but that I got to do her engagement photos! It’s something I can remember us for so long dreaming about and imagining for the both of us and now its a reality! I get to play such a special role, as Matron of Honor AND Wedding Photographer and I am on cloud 9! Gah! I am so excited! (and all you people freaking out right now about how all that will work, don’t worry it will all work out smoothly and you can all read about it in the blog after the wedding! 😉 haha) And I honestly couldn’t imagine having any other role, it really is the best way I can utilize my talents to help her on her special day! Paige is such a sweet blessing in my life and we have drawn so close over the last couple years! I am so encouraged by her and we sure have our fair share of fun including giggling over wine while jamming out to T-swift and doing crafts but not limited to many, MANY talks over coffee and trips to Target! Not only do we have so much fun together but she is also is a huge part of my business and will be officially partnering with me in the summer! She has supported me from the start and I am so excited to have her be a part of the team, but more to come on that at a later time! In the mean time swoon over how adorable these too are! 🙂

We shot this engagement session at a very special location for both Matt and Paige, The 909 Room (coffee shop). If you didn’t know, that was one of the stops on the adorable and very impressive scavenger hunt Matt did for Paige for the proposal. Not only is it special because it was used on one of the greatest nights of their relationship but it is also special because they were both a part and still are heavenly involved with a church plant (Impact) that is located in the building connected to this coffee shop as well! They have shared so many special memories there and I loved that we got to have this location to shoot at! So unique to them! (The 909 Room also has great coffee, go check them out in New, Haven sometime!)
