Scotty and I have known Chris since we were in high school. We went to the same youth group and years later are attending the same church with him once again!  This past December Deanna and Chris become girlfriend and boyfriend. They had known each other for years but until last fall had never considered actually dating.  Once they stated dating they instantly realized how easily they connected and how much of a perfect match they were!  6 months later Chris was on one knee asking Deanna to spend the rest of her life with him. And spoiler alert, she said YES!
When they first started dating and Deanna started to come to church with Chris I was obsessed with how cute they looked together! People joked and called them the strawberry chocolate couple! haha! I told them if they ever wanted pictures I would be so honored to photograph them and a few months later we were planning a little fun couple’s session with the both of them! Needless to say I was excited! Midway through it Chris mentioned how he bought a ring for Deanna and wanted to propose during our session! Can you imagine how much more excited I was after that?! Of-course I was on board and we started talking about details and locations for him to pop the question at! The day before Chris talked to me about proposing during the session I actually had a dream about just that! It was the weirdest/coolest thing! haha!
We found a nice family that let us take photos on their property in front of their barn and that is where he asked her to be his wife! It really was the perfect setting and with the sunset glow surrounding them and most precious moment to witness! Scotty was taking video as I was taking photos and it really was so neat to be a part of! Deanna and Chris, Scotty and I are SO excited for you!! Marriage is a really beautiful gift and such an amazing display of Christ! We are so thankful for you two and excited to see where the Lord will take you two!!
