Bryan and Bonnie have such an awesome story about how they go together and so I decided to share what their officiate had to say about it during the ceremony! It’s adorable!

“Bryan and Bonnie knew each other in high school. He actually asked Bonnie out once, but was sadly denied.

For a reason only God knew, Bonnie kept Bryan’s phone number from high school. Summer 2014 she decided to tweet Bryan. She was living in Indy at the time, and Bryan in Auburn. When Bryan responded with his photo number, Bonnie was shocked he hadn’t kept hers all those years! haha

The two went on a first date to get sushi. Bryan wore a white pocket tee shirt with his camo crocs and Bonnie was introduced to a while new fashion sense!

The two started dating that summer. Both met each other’s families and did a long distance relationship that year. Some of their favorite memories of their first summer was Bonnie meeting Bryan’s lake family, Bryan taking Bonnie to the river and slow dancing with her on the bank, Bryan meeting Bonnie’s nephew Aiden and winning him over. That Christmas, Bonnie decided to move home to Auburn to be closer to Bryan and started working in Fort Wayne. Around Christmas time, Brian asked Russ for permission to wed his daughter. Russ was delighted!

They planned a trip to Florida in April to visit Disney World- Bonnie’s favorite place. They woke up early on a Sunday morning to go to the Magic Kingdom Park. The two spent the whole day at the park, and then headed back to the hotel. Bryan had planned a special dinner at Cinderella’s Castle for the two that night and Bonnie had no idea a proposal would be coming. Walking to the castle, Bryan was a sweaty mess. Bonnie even got annoyed at how flushed Bryan seemed to be getting! Once inside the castle after a plate of rose petals and a glass slipper were delivered to Bonnie, Bryan got on one knew and proposed!”

Aww!! Doesn’t that just melt your heart?! I loved getting to know these two and getting to be along on their wedding day! Even though it rained they were still able to make the most of their day and the details were still gorgeous and their families were full of so much joy throughout the whole night! What an honor to witness! Bonnie and Bryan, I wish you the best!

Their wedding was located at The Landmark in Fort Wayne, Indiana! Such a stunning venue!
