I was so honored to be asked to shoot Abigail and Damon’s maternity session. Abigail is a fellow wedding photographer in Fort Wayne, Indiana and is just so sweet! I don’t shoot maternity sessions very often but I have grown to really enjoy them! Something about the anticipation of something so significant is truly special.

Abigail’s due date was the last week in April and we did their photos the week before. We wanted to have the most chance of getting glowy sunshine and light and thankfully, after a long wait, the sun finally decided to make an appearance just in time for their photos!

We went back to the place that they had their wedding photos because it was such a special memory for them. The bare trees and glowy light left for the perfect neutral background, not to mention their stunning outfits. Basically, it gave their photos the most beautiful look!

On April 26th their beautiful baby boy, Reid, was born and he is precious!
